Chuck and his crews did an outstanding job in suggesting improvementsas our home was being built. Our home is extremely quiet - most noticeably during stormy weather; requires little maintenance; and has great traffic flow and sight lines. And, of course, the finishing work is phenomenal!
Chuck's cost estimate was at or below the real cost for each segment of the home building process. The only cost increases were by our choice, and Chuck clearly communicated, with us, the cost of these choices. An excellent price-value relationship.
Chuck invested a lot of time in planning and building our quality custom home. We really had fun, and appreciate Chuck, his family, work crews, and material suppliers for all of their communication and hard work.

It is a pleasure to write a testimonial for Haldeman Custom Construction of Fall Creek. As "first time" homebuilders, we were concerned about picking the right builder for us. We heard all of the horror stories about the perils of building a home and who NOT to hire. We truly feel that our new home is what WE wanted and not just what happened to be easy to build.
